From summiting Half Dome in Yosemite and crossing 14,000-ft peaks in North America, to navigating marketplaces in Africa and ancient paths in China, I’ve always been drawn to the edge—where spirit meets challenge.
Growing up with global travel as a constant rhythm, I developed a deep love for other cultures, spiritual traditions, and the natural world. My business career took me across continents—but it was yoga that brought me back to what matters most.
Flow Trekker is the culmination of my passions: flow yoga, culture, faith, and the wildness of adventure. Whether you’re joining me from your home or on one of our upcoming retreats, I can’t wait to share this journey with you.
